Cost Avoidance is a key component that uses the utility bill information, along with the interval data information. In addition, these verification systems assist all project members in staying on track with the savings goals of each participating facility. Project engineers run their calculation on a monthly basis.

Every month, via the Internet, the participating facilities will receive their facility performance report. The report contains important information related to the goals and objectives stated in the facility’s Building Performance Guides.
