RCM Profile
For the life and longevity of RCM there should be an appointed
RCM Manager for the FACILITY. The RCM FACILITY Manager will be
involved and engaged throughout the project with the guidance
and support from our RCM Management & Expertise Team. Proper
operation of facilities and associated equipment along with how
to best facilitate RCM to Building Managers and Custodians, are
all part of the support network for the RCM Manager.
Lead RCM for Project (CEM)
The project manager is responsible for all facets of
the project and is the primary “point” contact person
with the FACILITY.
Assistant RCM’s for Project
(Lead Field Engineer & Lead Administrator)
The Assistant Resource Conservation Managers work for
the Lead RCM in support of the project. The Lead Field Engineer
will be working directly with personnel from the FACILITY, for
training and implementation. The Lead Administrator will support
both the Lead RCM and the Lead Field Engineer helping to keep
the deliverables and timelines on track as well as administer
the budgets and invoices.
