RCM Training Guide

To help achieve maximum results, a constructive and motivational training and implementation program is custom developed for building managers.

The training guide covers the following:

Building Diagnosis training is performed. Unusually high use buildings are identified using the utility tracking software. Through Interval Data the problem can be narrowed down to a date and time. Diagnostic equipment is brought to the site to pinpoint and verify the problem, and calculate cost. This information is then used to inform occupants and maintenance professionals, and correct the problems through an agreed action plan.

Consulting on Appropriate Cost Effective Alternatives in problem environments is a focus during training. A comfortable learning environment is the most important consideration when providing heating and ventilation to a FACILITY. During site visits, occupants share their concerns and in turn we provide suggestions for cost effective alternatives to enhance comfort. Where required, we work with the building manager on how to effectively communicate their concerns.

Goal Setting is another area covered during training. How well a building is shut down at night makes a noticeable difference in utility bills. The RCM team will come up with an agreed upon goal for unoccupied buildings use. The setting of achievable goals for night custodians is highly motivating. Where Interval Data is available for a FACILITY, we can train your personnel on how to track daily use.
